Double Cross is a hilarious new comedy spy film about two cleaners chasing their dreams of becoming detectives. Daniel Carson (Samuel Georgiou Brunt) and his dopey sidekick Nahim Miah (Farhan Hussain) are underachievers and cannot be taken seriously with their child like behaviour. They have been waiting for an opportunity to start a new chapter and prove to their friends and families that they should be taken seriously. They do finally get that opportunity after working overtime on a shift one night, where they overhear some information about the location of a drug shipment nearby. They decide to conduct their own investigation. Little do they know that they are dealing with Rakesh Singh (Theepan Ganeshalingham) the deadliest man alive. The two young detectives are in serious trouble and can’t call for backup. Will they survive? Will they take down Rakesh Singh? Will they prove that they aren’t loosers?
